Yossi Benayoun Furious After Liverpool Block Dinamo Moscow Move

The Israeli was recently touted for a £7 million move to Dinamo Moscow, with some sources even claiming that a deal had been agreed.

The Reds have denied that there was ever any chance of Benayoun leaving, but it is now being claimed that the playmaker was indeed keen on a move to Russia.

The former West Ham United man is said to have become frustrated with Rafael Benitez's refusal to field him in the big games.

Benayoun has been one of Liverpool's top performers over the past year or so, transforming himself from terrace target to Kop favourite.

It was because of that form that the Anfield club pulled the pin on a deal with Dinamo last season, after terms had already been agreed.
