A sports website, wheresthematch.com, conducted a survey in the nation involving 2,708 football fans and found that Liverpool is the most popular, with 14.3 percent of fans supporting the club.

The runner up was Manchester United, which received 11.8 percent of the club votes. Third place was Tottenham Hotspur, with 9.7 percent of those surveyed reporting their support for the club. Everton Football Club had the lowest fan base out of the pool, with only 3.1 percent of the supporters.
